What happens before, during, and after your clean

Intake and crew assignment

When you book, we review your home details and assign a permanent crew lead. That crew lead owns your account for the duration of your service. They read your preferences before every visit.

Arrival and walkthrough

On the first visit, the crew lead does a 5-minute walkthrough with you (or by themselves if you're not home) to note any specific areas, fragile items, or access notes. This goes into your account profile permanently.

The 47-point clean

Every visit follows the same checklist written by Sandra Kim, our Training Lead. It covers every room in a fixed sequence so nothing gets skipped. Crew leads sign off digitally at the end of each visit.

Completion notification

Your crew lead texts you when the job is complete. The message includes the time out and any notes (e.g., a bulb was out, a window was left cracked). We don't just leave - we communicate.

24-hour re-clean window

If anything was missed, contact us within 24 hours. We schedule the crew back to address it at no charge. No negotiations, no credits toward the next visit - an actual fix.

Kitchen (12 points)

  • Counter surfaces wiped and dried
  • Sink scrubbed and faucet polished
  • Stovetop and microwave exterior
  • Cabinet handles wiped
  • Floor swept and mopped
  • Trash emptied

Bathroom (9 points)

  • Toilet bowl and exterior scrubbed
  • Sink, counter, and mirror
  • Shower or tub surfaces scrubbed
  • Grout lines addressed
  • Floor mopped and disinfected
  • Trash emptied

Bedroom & Living (14 points)

  • Dusting: furniture, shelves, frames
  • Vacuum carpet or sweep/mop floor
  • Window sills and ledges
  • Baseboards (standard clean)
  • Light switches and door handles
  • Under accessible furniture

Products we use and why

We stock two sets of products on every van: standard commercial-grade cleaners and our EPA Safer Choice certified green line. Clients choose which they prefer when booking - no surcharge for the green option.

Neither set contains bleach in aerosol form or heavy artificial fragrances. We found that clients consistently rate "no chemical smell" as one of the top three things they care about after a clean.

For post-construction jobs, we bring industrial HEPA vacuums with sealed canisters designed for fine drywall dust. The difference between a regular vacuum and a HEPA unit on a post-reno job is visible immediately.
