These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the purfreshclean.org website and the professional cleaning services provided by PurFresh Clean ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered at 3340 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1100, Atlanta, GA 30326.
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
PurFresh Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to: residential maintenance cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change. We will notify you of material changes to pricing or service offerings with at least 14 days' notice for recurring clients.
Service appointments may be booked via our website contact form, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from PurFresh Clean.
We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we anticipate a delay exceeding 30 minutes, we will notify you by phone or text in advance.
Standard cancellation: Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
No-show/lockout fee: If our crew arrives and cannot access the property due to a lockout or no-show, a fee equal to 50% of the service price may be charged.
Recurring service contracts may be paused or cancelled with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit, with no penalty.
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. If you provide us with an entry code, key, or garage code, you confirm that you are authorized to grant such access.
We will treat your property and belongings with care. Please secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before our crew arrives. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items that were not secured as requested.
PurFresh Clean offers a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a completed service, notify us within 24 hours of your appointment's completion. We will schedule a return visit to address the specific items at no additional charge.
The guarantee covers items within the agreed service scope. It does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or to areas that were inaccessible during the original service.
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes. All quoted prices are for the services described at the time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial accounts. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. We do not accept cash for ongoing recurring services.
For commercial accounts on monthly contracts, invoices are issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the prior month and are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
If you believe our crew caused damage to your property during a service visit, you must notify us within 48 hours of the visit via email to support@purfreshclean.org or by phone. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
We carry general liability insurance. For verified damage caused by our crew's negligence, we will work with you to repair or replace the damaged item or provide reasonable compensation. Disputes not resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurFresh Clean's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity.

All content on purfreshclean.org, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PurFresh Clean or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking does not constitute endorsement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PurFresh Clean, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You and PurFresh Clean agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PurFresh Clean shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, public health emergencies, labor disputes, power outages, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as practicable to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between you and PurFresh Clean. Our cleaning professionals are employees or authorized subcontractors of PurFresh Clean. You may not direct, supervise, or instruct our staff in the manner of performing their work, beyond communicating the areas and items to be cleaned.
Our crew reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if the property presents conditions that pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to: severe pest infestation, biohazardous materials, hoarding conditions, or aggressive animals. In such cases, a partial service fee may apply for time already spent on-site. We will communicate any concerns to you and work to reschedule once the condition is remediated.
PurFresh Clean may take photographs of service areas before and after cleaning for quality assurance purposes. These photographs are stored securely and are used only for internal quality control and, in the event of a damage claim, to document pre-existing conditions. We will not publish your property photographs publicly without your written consent.
From time to time, PurFresh Clean may offer referral credits or promotional offers. Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months after issuance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time. Misuse of referral programs (including self-referral or fraudulent referrals) will result in forfeiture of credits and may result in account suspension.
We welcome feedback about our services. By submitting a review or testimonial to us, you grant PurFresh Clean a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your review in our marketing materials (including our website and social media channels), with attribution to your first name and city only (e.g., "Sarah, Buckhead"). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (both incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and PurFresh Clean with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us regarding the subject matter herein.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
